The descriptions on the back of the postcards are as follows:
a) Freddie Mercury's childhood stamp album purchased by Royal Mail for the National Postal Museum on 17 December 1993. This card shows his blue stamp album with a selection of pages.
b) A page from Freddie Mercury's childhood album, showing Hungarian stamps artistically arranged. Freddie used stamps as a form of art. In 1969 he was awarded a Diploma in Art and Design.
